Having seen employees leave companies for various reasons, we wanted to create a new company that actually cares about it's workers. Having seen twisted business done before, we wanted to create a new company that actually provided value to everyone around them. Known all over the Salt Lake County, Claudio helps the team manage the projects our general contractors hire us for. With 27+ years of experience in the construction industry (from the ground level work to head supervisor) he is the backbone of Phoenix.

Consultant, entrepreneur, mentor, and lifelong learner, Eric helps the team manage the business side of Phoenix. Having 3 years experience in business, 7 years in performing arts, 4 businesses created and 5 years worth of professional mentorship, he definitely brings a lot to the table for Phoenix.
